About PDG and Production Services

Projects Drive Group and Production Services can help individuals determine what type of work they might like to do through participation in vocational training, paid work opportunities, classes, tours of community businesses, and mentoring programs.

Participants at Projects Drive Group in Fort Wayne and Production Services in Angola have opportunities to do paid work available through contracts with local businesses. Career development is available through classes, employment readiness programs, and job exploration activities. Many individuals work at jobs in the community and attend PDG or Production Services on their days off.

In addition to work opportunities, participants can round out their days with classes such as karate, zumba, ballroom dance, reading, money management, nutrition, and more. New classes are developed based on requests from the people we support.

PDG and Production Services also encourage community involvement through participation in community events and activities. Participants also give back to the community through volunteering.
