24-Hour Call Center Support
Our call center is prepared to answer questions any time, any day. Program participants, family members, and staff can call the center at 260.969.4254 for help with a wide range of concerns and questions including medication, transportation, schedules, and more.
On-Site Health Clinic
Good health opens doors to independence, employment, and community engagement. Easterseals Northeast Indiana’s on-site clinic overcomes barriers by offering a familiar space, accessible equipment, and doctors and nurses who treat every patient with respect and compassion.
The clinic at our Fort Wayne location is open to all individuals served by Easterseals Northeast Indiana. In addition to on-site exams and physicals, the clinic also offers 24-hour telehealth services, psychiatric care, and frequent podiatry clinics.
Commitment to Community Engagement
Our community inclusion team is dedicated to helping each individual explore and engage with our communities in ways that are meaningful to them. While most Easterseals Northeast Indiana programs include group outings, the community inclusion team focuses on each individual’s interests to plan activities they enjoy.
A Fresh Approach to Day Services
Easterseals Northeast Indiana day services aren’t limited to activities at our Fort Wayne, Columbia City, and Angola facilities during weekday business hours. We’ve embraced the mindset of Boundless Days to help individuals live their best lives through engaging, inclusive opportunities to learn and socialize.
Connections Through Gaming
Gaming connects people, especially people with disabilities. As part of the nationwide ES Gaming initiative, our gaming program brings people together to build accessible and inclusive spaces. In addition to tournaments and casual play in our gaming labs, our gaming program also includes lessons on online safety, teamwork, problem-solving, and health and wellness.
