About Dream Teens

Our Dream Teens program encompasses several fun activities designed to help teens and young adults with disabilities realize their potential and explore possibilities for the future.

  • Dream Teens pairs in-class activities with experiences in the community to help participants explore possibilities for future employment or education beyond high school.
  • Participants will develop skills in five areas: job-exploration counseling, post-secondary education, self-advocacy, work-based learning experiences, and workplace-readiness training.
  • Dream Teens is offered during spring, summer, and winter school breaks.
  • Teens and young adults ages 14 to 22 with an IEP, 504 Plan, or other disability documentation are eligible to participate. We also offer a Mini Dreamers program for ages 6 to 13 with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • There is no cost to participate in this program.
