Our on-site clinic was built to serve people with disabilities, creating a welcoming and accessible environment to ensure the safety and care that our consumers deserve.

About the Clinic

The on-site clinic is open to all individuals served by Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana, Easterseals Passages, and Easterseals RISE.

The clinic is open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Advantages:

  • Convenient location in our Coldwater building, just inside Entrance 11
  • Welcoming environment
  • Fully accessible exam rooms with special lifts and exam tables

Services:

The clinic staff can:

  • Provide on-site exams and physicals, as well as telehealth services
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, lab work, and x-rays
  • Prescribe medications
  • Address psychiatric needs
  • Administer COVID tests
