What We Do
Easterseals Community Network empowers people with disabilities and families by providing personalized support, practical resources, and innovative opportunities to learn and grow. As a leading provider of disability services, we tailor support plans to meet individual needs, from day camps for children to work-based learning experiences for teens to day programs, residential support and employment services for adults. Our focus on personalized support ensures that every participant can achieve greater independence, improved confidence, and a stronger sense of belonging.

Our Organization
Easterseals Community Network provides executive leadership and administrative support for Easterseals Northeast Indiana, Cardinal Services and Easterseals Northwest Ohio.
- Easterseals Northeast Indiana provide a wide array of disability services with locations in Fort Wayne, Angola and Columbia City.
- Cardinal Services is based in Warsaw and offers Head Start/Early Head Start, WIC, Healthy Families, and Kosciusko Area Bus Service (KABS) in addition to a range of disability services.
- Easterseals Northwest Ohio will begin offering disability services in Wood County, Ohio, in 2026.
