Foellinger Foundation Grant Supports AI Innovations

Fort Wayne, Ind. — Foellinger Foundation has awarded a $50,000 capacity-building grant to Easterseals Northeast Indiana. The funds will support increased organizational efficiency through strategic use of artificial intelligence.

The funding from Foellinger Foundation will help Easterseals Northeast Indiana implement AI tools that streamline operations, enhance service delivery and optimize resources. With AI systems reducing administrative burdens, staff will be able to focus more time and energy on the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families.

With the grant funding, Easterseals Northeast Indiana will engage consultants with expertise in AI integration, information technology infrastructure, fiscal systems and other key areas to identify and reduce inefficiencies. The AI initiatives are expected to:

· Automate compliance auditing to increase accuracy

· Improve expense reporting and strengthen financial data analysis

· Enhance billing processes

· Streamline human resources processes to improve customer service for applicants as well as current staff
