The 105-hour program is fully approved by Indiana State Department of Health and prepares participants for the certification exam administered by Ivy Tech Community College.

Becoming a Certified Nurse Aide is often the first step into a rewarding and in-demand healthcare career. Through the Easterseals certified nurse aide training program, participants not only receive essential classroom instruction but also gain valuable hands-on clinical experience. This combination of learning ensures that graduates are prepared to provide quality care in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home health settings.

One of the most unique aspects of the Easterseals program is its accessibility. By making the certified nurse aide training program available to individuals with or without disabilities, Easterseals promotes inclusion and equal opportunity. Many participants find that the program not only helps them build professional skills but also increases their confidence, independence, and sense of purpose.

The scholarships provided by Parkview Health will remove financial barriers for many students. Graduates of the Easterseals certified nurse aide training program often go on to pursue further education in nursing or allied health fields.
