St. Joseph Community Health Foundation Helps Fund AEDs, Clinic | Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana

Fort Wayne, Ind. — The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation has awarded a $10,000 grant to Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana to help improve health care for people with disabilities.

Easterseals Arc will use a portion of the funds to purchase two automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for its Coldwater Road building.

The remainder of the grant funding will help support Easterseals Arc’s on-site clinic. The clinic, staffed by Rounding Providers, gives people with disabilities access to high quality medical and psychiatric care in a welcoming environment. The clinic is located in Easterseals Arc’s primary facility in Fort Wayne; however, any individual served by Easterseals Arc, Easterseals Passages or Easterseals RISE can use the clinic or its telehealth services.
