Easterseals Arc has promoted Thomas Summerville to Chief Operating Officer and Kelly Clouse to Chief Administrative Officer.
Thomas SummervilleSummerville will provide executive leadership for all programs and services offered by the agency. He began his career with Easterseals Arc as a direct support professional 10 years ago and has held several positions of increasing responsibility since then. He has been vice president of employment and community supports since June 2017.
“Thomas has been integral in helping Easterseals Arc grow and weather many challenges,” said Donna Elbrecht, Easterseals Arc president and CEO. “I am confident that his vision and drive will continue to carry us forward.”
Kelly ClouseClouse will provide executive leadership for the human resources, maintenance, and information technology teams. She has been with Easterseals Arc since 2012, including the past two years as vice president of human resources.
“Kelly’s professionalism, expertise and empathy have been assets to our agency for many years,” Elbrecht said. “As she takes on additional responsibilities, those traits will shape the cohesive administrative functions we need to support our growth.”
Both promotions are effective July 13.
