    Participants can choose from dance, karate, art, gaming, music therapy, and more at our dedicated facilities in Fort Wayne, Angola, and Columbia City.

  • Volunteer Opportunities
    Participants build skills and pride by giving back on-site and through community service. Volunteering enhances communication skills and fosters a sense of purpose.

  • Holistic Recreation
    Recreational activities are integral to learning life skills, communication, and building relationships.

  • Holistic Recreation & On-Site Health Clinic
    Recreational activities are integral to learning life skills, communication, and building relationships. Our on-site health clinic, operated by Rounding Providers, offers accessible health services to all Easterseals Northeast Indiana participants.

    • Fort Wayne: Mon–Fri, 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

    • Angola & Columbia City: Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
      Community activities also run evenings & weekends.

  • Participant-to-Staff Ratios
    Group and 1:1 services tailored to each person’s needs.

  • Medical Care
    All staff are CPR-certified and trained in first aid and medication management. Nurses are on call for emergencies.

  • Accreditation
    Boundless Days is CARF-accredited, ensuring the highest quality standards.
