About Dream Teens

Our Dream Teens program encompasses several fun activities designed to help teens and young adults with disabilities realize their potential and explore possibilities for the future.

Dream Teens is a dynamic program designed to empower teens and young adults ages 14 to 22 with documented disabilities. Offered during spring, summer, and winter breaks, Dream Teens blends engaging activities with real-world community experiences to help participants build confidence and essential life skills.

Connect Locally:
Participants get the chance to explore their community through guided visits to local centers, volunteering at events, and discovering new venues. These outings encourage social connections and build a sense of belonging in the community.

Grow Socially:
Dream Teens focuses on developing communication and teamwork skills. Through group outings and interactive workshops, participants learn how to collaborate with others and make meaningful friendships.

Gain Independence:
Dream Teens helps participants practice key life skills in a supportive environment. From navigating public transportation to learning budgeting and money management, each experience is designed to build independence and self-confidence.

Our dedicated staff and trained volunteers work closely with each participant, tailoring sessions to meet individual goals and ensuring a safe, engaging environment where every teen feels respected and supported.

Eligibility & Funding:
Dream Teens is open to youth ages 14–22 with documented disabilities. Medicaid Waiver Services fully cover the program, and need-based scholarships are available to help offset any additional costs.
